Rocco has twenty-four years in the food & catering business, starting as a “mozzarella man” on Arthur Ave.  in the Bronx, N.Y and rising up to be  a caterer for the Stars! In between, he has been a food entrepreneur owning delis, cafes and restaurants until finally really settling in to what he is most passionate for, catering weddings and special events. Rocco, with his wife Lenore, started Love + Rosemary, Inc. in 2014 after being inspired by the alternative venue movement! After trying to plan their own wedding at a Private Estate without kitchen facilities they realized the real need to bring freshly prepared, restaurant quality food to unique venues such as Barns, Beaches, and Private Estate's. They designed their own 24 foot restaurant kitchen on wheels, named her "Rosemary" and they have now catered over 125 weddings and received nothing less than 5 star reviews!
